 Pneumatic Dryer:

One of the most widely used drying systems is pneumatic drying and is also known as flash drying. The large surface area for heat and mass transfer and the high convective heat and mass transfer coefficients, which take place at these units, result in high drying rates and as a result, high drying capacity. The size of particulates to be dried is usually in the range of 10–500 mm. One of the features of these types of dryers is the relatively short contact time between the hot air and the particulate materials (0.5–60 s) at the drying section. Because of this the material temperature stays always low in the drying process.

The simple pneumatic drying system includes seven basic components: the heater, the wet material feeder, the drying cabinet, the crusher, the cyclone, the jet filter and a exhaust fan.

Applications: Some Minerals, egg shells, waste products, sewage sludge, manure drying, PVC, salt drying, chili powder, corn flour drier, sand drying, grape seed, peel and seed tomatoes, inorganic, organic fertilizer, pomace drying, filter press sludge, belt press sludge, some fruit, apple, pomegranate and grape seed powder moisture getting inside the product, drying herbs, corn, some fruit and vegetable waste fruit pomace,  pulp, MDF, bread crumbs, starch drying process etc.

Tray Dryer:

Tray Dryer can use usually to dry vegetables and fruits. Eksis have 11 model of Tray dryer from TK-2,5 to TK-100. We choose the correct model according to product, capacity, inlet and outlet moisture for you.

Applications: Pepper, grapes, mushrooms, plums, nuts, pomegranate seeds, apricot kernel inside, tomato, grape seed, medicinal plants and herbs, apricots, fruit and vegetables can dry at Tray Dryer.

Belt Dryer:

 The Belt (conveyor) dryer is conceptually very simple. Product is carried through the dryer on conveyors and hot air is forced through the bed of product. It is often described as simply a conveyor in a box with hot air. The reality, however, is that the conveyor dryer is one of the most versatile dryers available. Few drying technologies can match the conveyor dryer’s ability to handle such a wide range of products. Products as varied in composition, shape, and size as coated breakfast cereals, nuts, animal feed, charcoal briquettes, and rubber can be dried in a conveyor dryer.
Applications: onions, mushrooms, spices, grapes, apples, apricots drying, tomato, alfalfa dryers, garlic, plums, nuts, grapes, pomegranate seed cake, carrot drying, plum, olive leaf, shell, apricot kernel, apricot kernel bitter-sweet house, bay leaves, pepper, drying processes can be used.

Continuous Tray Dryer:

Working Principle of Continuous Tray Dryer:

The working principle of continuous Tray Dryer is a mixed system of tray dryer and conveyor dryer. The system has continuous trolleys. Products can be dried by using different air sections (bottom - top - right - left). Each trolleys stay at all of air sections by using continuous trolley system.

Applications: Pepper, grapes, mushrooms, plums, nuts, pomegranate seeds, apricot kernel inside, tomato, grape seed, medicinal plants and herbs, apricots, fruit and vegetables in general can be used for drying.

 Fluid Bed Dryer:

 Fluidized bed dryers (FBD) are used extensively for the drying of wet particulate and granular materials that can be fluidized, and even slurries, pastes, and suspensions that can be fluidized in beds of inert solids. They are commonly used in processing many products such as chemicals, carbohydrates, foodstuff, biomaterials, beverage products, ceramics, pharmaceuticals in powder or agglomerated form, healthcare products, pesticides and agrochemicals, dyestuffs and pigments, detergents and surface-active agents, fertilizers, polymer and resins, tannins, products for calcination, combustion, incineration, waste management processes, and environmental protection processes. Fluidized bed operation gives important advantages such as good solids mixing, high rates of heat and mass transfer, and easy material transport.
Applications: sand, rice, salt drying, wood chips, charcoal, shell, apricot kernel leornardit, bentonite, soybean, apricot kernel inside, pomegranate - grape seed, grain, drying processes can be used.

Spray drying is a suspended particle processing  technique that utilizes liquid atomization to prepare droplets that are dried to individual particles when moved in a hot gaseous drying medium, usually air.

Applications: Fruit juice, whey powder synthesis, powder, dry milk, spices, humic acid, beef broth, lemon juice, latex, powder and liquid products used in drying operations.
